“Simplify Your Space” has inspired me to begin yet another round of decluttering and reorganizing my house. It seems like I should be done with that, but somehow with children things seem to multiply and veer towards chaotic disorganization whenever you turn your back for three seconds, so it may be a lifelong project! The book didn’t have any earth-shattering revelations, but it did give me some ideas for how to approach some areas of the house that aren’t working right now, and some thoughts on how to create more storage space. I’d recommend this book if you’re an organization addict, or if you’re in need of some inspiration in that department.
“Body for Life for Women” is, as you might suppose, an approach to the Body for Life program more geared toward women. The book has helpful sections for how diet and fitness needs change in different phases of a woman’s life, as well as information about how to get in shape and stay that way long-term. If you’re interested in Body for Life, I think it would be helpful to read this book in addition to the original “Body for Life” book.
