I took Sarah to a pediatric gastroenterologist yesterday to see if we could get some help with her reflux. The doctor altered the dosing and timing of her medicine and added an additional one to try to get it under control. It’s hard to see such a tiny baby in pain so much, and we’re hopeful that the new medicine will help Sarah have more happy days and nights.
At 9 weeks old, Sarah is 23 inches long and 11 pounds, 5 ounces in weight. She’s two inches longer than Hannah was at this age, and yesterday was also Sarah’s first day in 3-6 month clothes! Although I haven’t been able to document it with my camera yet (grr to the slow shutter speed!) Sarah does have a very sweet smile and laugh, and we hope we can enjoy those moments more often once the medicine kicks in!
