Six Word Memoirs

Via an indirect route that began with One Thing and ended at Smith Magazine, I heard about six word memoirs and decided to write a few. It’s not as easy as it looks.

Very little is set in stone.

I read to understand life better.

Thinking deep thoughts while changing diapers

Twenty-nine is not that old.

Toddler’s loquacious, I’m less perspicacious, gracious!

God doesn’t let me stand still.

Thinking or sleeping? Rest always loses.

I’d rather read than clean house.

Of course, the idea is to put your entire life into ONE six word line, but as I mentioned before, I’m not a poet.
