Menu Plan Monday (if by "Monday" you mean "Sunday Night," but anyway)

Monday: Argentinian-Style Pot Roast, Spicy Roast Potato Wedges, steamed fresh broccoli (have you seen the broccoli at Target??? Wow! Huge! Fresh looking! Bright green! Practically free with the Target coupon linked on MPM!)

Tuesday: Tacos, Salad (speaking of Target, I don’t usually buy bagged salad, but since it was only 19 cents…)

Wednesday: Baked potatoes topped with beef chili, green beans

Thursday: Shredded beef BBQ on homemade buns, salad (I’m thinking of making the buns with the pizza crust recipe just to see how it works out)

Friday: Homemade Crispy Ravioli, broccoli (the ravioli is a recipe from The Sneaky Chef, but it’s not linked on the website – basically it tells how to make your own ravioli out of won-ton wrappers and put all kinds of healthy stuff inside)

Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: Mexican Corn Chowder
