PS – The Environmental Factor

Cost is not the only reason to buy local (although I find in general organic foods from local sources are MUCH cheaper than organic foods from health food stores or even regular grocery stores).

Alaina has an excellent post about the role of Christians in stewardship of the environment. I completely agree that this is an issue we need to care about, not write off as some liberal wacko thing.

My mom is a science teacher and was the first person who opened my eyes to a Christian perspective on the environment. Thanks Mom, and you really do need a blog!
