You can tell when I get a new cooking magazine because I post lots of recipe news! Last night we had Cumin-Dusted Chicken Breasts with Guacamole Sauce, served with wild rice and broccoli. At first I thought guacamole sauce on chicken would be weird, and it was, but in a good way. If you decide to try this recipe, I suggest making the sauce in your food processor because it’s easier, and be prepared to fiddle with it a little. I put in almost twice as much lime juice, red pepper, and cumin as the recipe called for, because I thought it tasted a little bland otherwise.
