Huzzah, the yogurt worked! Well, it sort of worked. It’s a little runnier than I usually like, but I can handle it. This morning I had some for breakfast on top of my sliced banana and flax seed (Public Service Note: If you try this at home, remember to always use milled flax seed, not whole flax seed!) and it was very good. I mixed the rest with three tablespoons of vanilla and TWELVE tablespoons of sugar and put it in the freezer to see if it makes frozen yogurt. I mean, how wrong can you go with that much sugar, you know? We’ll shall see, shan’t we?
