This morning Hannah helped me make yogurt. We carefully got the milk to the correct temperature, mixed in the culture, and put it in the new yogurt maker, where it now reposes. I am in great suspense, wondering if at 9pm tonight I will open the yogurt maker to find yogurt, or just warm milk. I’m really hoping for the former, or else I’ll have wasted four precious cups of my special milk for naught!
