Reading to Babies, Toddlers, Preschoolers, and Older Kids

Everywhere you turn people are telling you how important it is to read to your kids, but how do you really go about that?  What are you supposed to read to little children?  I have three children aged four and under, and have gone through thousands of childrens books.  Here are my reviews of the ones we like best, as well as a few tips for reading to your littlest kids.
